JAMES STANLEY CHILDERS

James Stanley Childers, a 1964 graduate of Terra Nova High School, died this month in Vietnam, while serving with the U.S. Marine Corps. He was 20.

A Requiem Mass will be said tomorrow at the Catholic Church of the Good Shepherd, 221 San Diego Drive, Pacifica, commencing at 9 a.m.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus D. Childers, 1173 Alicante Drive, Pacifica, and the brother of Donna Rae, Frank, Bruce, Don, Jr., Mary Robbin, and Rebecca Ann. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Childers, St. Louis, and Mrs. Josephine Garcia, Denver. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and other relatives.

He was a native of St. Louis.

Interment will be at the Golden Gate National Cemetery. The rosary will be said tonight at 8 o’clock at the Nauman and Lincoln Chapel By The Sea, 801 Oceana Boulevard, Pacifica.
