WILLIAM R. BURNS

William R. Burns, father of William R. Burns of Pacifica, died March 11 in San Francisco. He was 67.

Funeral services will be held today at 12:15 p.m. from the Nauman and Lincoln Chapel By The Sea, 801 Oceana Boulevard, Pacifica.

A native of Midvale, Utah, he had resided in San Francisco. He had been employed by the Sheraton-Palace Hotel and was a member of the Bartenders Union, No. 41, San Francisco.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Burns of Utah, and the father of William Burns, 1131 Fernandez Way, Pacifica and Wallace Burns, Long Beach. He was the brother of Mrs. Hannah Ward, Wyoming, and the half-brother of Alfred Haydock, Tarzana, California. Three grandchildren and nieces, nephews and other relatives are also listed.

Interment will be at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
