RALPH S. WILLARD

Memorial services will be held in Franklin, Vermont for Ralph S. Willard, who died April 3 in Daly City. A native of Springfield, Massachusetts, he was 74.

He had last resided at 397 Northgate Avenue in Daly City.

Surviving are his wife, Mary M. Willard, and son, Robert M. Willard.

Funeral arrangements were by N. Gray and Company, San Francisco.
