LORRAINE M. WASMANN

Lorraine M. Wasmann, sister of George D. Powers of Daly City, died in Sierra Village, Tuolumme County, California, on January 29. Funeral services will be held tomorrow from the Patterson and O’Connell Chapel by the Wayside, 1311 South El Camino Real, San Mateo, at 7:30 a.m., thence to St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, 140 -28th Avenue, San Mateo, where a Requiem Mass will be offered at 8 a.m.

She was the wife of Russell K. Wasmann and the mother of John Russell and Michael Charles Wasmann, all of San Mateo. Her mother, Mrs. Lorraine H. Powers resides in San Francisco, and she was also the sister of Michael D. Powers of San Francisco and Jack R. Powers, Sacramento.

A native of Butte, Montana, she was a member of the South San Mateo Women’s Club and the California Golf Club.

The Rosary will be recited tonight at 7:30 at the Chapel By The Wayside. Interment will be Golden Gate National Cemetery.
