ALBERT P. RAVERA

Albert P. Ravera, a long time resident of Daly City, died here April 23. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. from the Mortuary of W.C. Lasswell and Company, 6154 Mission Street, thence to St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Broad Street at San Jose Avenue, where a Requiem mass will be said at 9 a.m.

A native of San Francisco, he was 53. He had lived in this county for 32 years, and had last resided at 872 Brunswick Avenue, Daly City.

He was a veteran of World War II, a member of Post 8244, VFW, and Butchers Union, Local No. 115. He was a retired member of the Daly City Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Edith E. (Lewis) Ravera, and was the brother of Edith Maita. He is survived by nephews, Vincent and Albert Maita, and Capt. William J. Lewis, USAF, and nieces Kathleen and Marianne Lewis, Sandra O’Sullivan and Pamela Pardini. Also listed are nine grandchildren and nieces.

Interment will be at Golden Gate National Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o’clock at the Mortuary. Spiritual bouquets are preferred.
