MIGNON LOWE PARCELS

Mignon Lowe Parcels, mother of Mrs. Joanne Barragan of South San Francisco died May 1 in Sonoma. Memorial services were held May 3 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Sonoma.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, she was 66.

She was the wife of Hubert Parcels, and the mother of Mrs. Barragan and Charles Stanley Bryan, New Jersey.

Interment was at the Sonoma Valley Cemetery.
