MRS. SAM DOUGLAS McGINNIS

Funeral services were held Monday from W.C. Lasswell and Company Mortuary for Mrs. Sam Douglas McGinnis, 54, who died May 3 at her home, 5 Oceanside Drive, Daly City.

A native of Tennessee, she is survived by her daughter, Sandra Stellings of Daly City, and other relatives in Tennessee.

Burial will be at the Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson, Tennessee.
