Private inurnment followed services at Cong. Beth Am in Los Altos yesterday morning for David Goldberg, 65, the father of Dr and Mrs. Henry Goldberg of Daly City. He died May 14.

Survivors include his wife, Rose, and his son, Robert, of SF.
