JAMES WILLIAM CULLEN
James William Cullen, a 16 year resident of South San Francisco, died April 27 in San Francisco, following a long illness. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 8:15 from the Larson Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, South San Francisco, thence to Mater Dolorosa where a Requiem High Mass will be said at 8:45.
A native of San Francisco, he was 49. He was a member of the Bottler’s Union No. 896, and Guadalupe Parlor, NSGW. He had last resided at 1249 Hillside Boulevard, South San Francisco.
Surviving are his wife Ellen, daughters, Mrs. Gayle Carpenter and Marilyn Cullen, all of South San Francisco, sons, James William, Jr., also of SSF, and John R. Cullen, U.S. Army. He was the brother of Mrs. Florence Hillenbrand and Frank, Vincent and Walter Cullen, all of San Francisco, and Mrs. Imelda Lyman, Berkeley. One grandson is also listed.
Interment will be at Golden Gate National cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary will be tonight at 8 o’clock at the Larson Chapel. Spiritual bouquets referred.
