JOHN C. BENNETT

John C. Bennett, 53, died suddenly in Millbrae on April 18. Funeral services will be held tomorrow from the Nauman and Lincoln Chapel, 322 Maple Avenue, starting at 2. p.m. Rev. Carl E. Erickson of the Brentwood Orthodox Presbyterian Church, will officiate.

A native of San Francisco, he had resided at 335 Lux Avenue, and had been employed as foreman for the Sun Chemical Company in South San Francisco. He was a member of the San Francisco and East Bay Ink and Roller Makers Union, No. 5.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha, and was the father of Mrs. Johanna Handelin of San Francisco; Mrs. Marguerite Burns, Texas; and Mrs. Betty Telles, Napa. His mother, Mrs. Ada Woodbridge, lives in Boulder Creek, and he was the brother of Arnold Bennett of Colma and Mrs. Lorraine Johnson, San Jose.

Interment will be at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park.
