Private interment followed funeral services Monday in Hayward for Verna J. Madearos, 42, who died Oct. 1 in that city.

The deceased, wife of Arthur Madearos of Hayward, was the mother of Ron Sears of Daly City, Frank and Steven Sears, and Barbara Whipple.
