W.C. Lasswell conducted funeral services Monday at 9 a.m. for John E. Allen, a native of SF, who died Aug 4 in SF. He was the brother of George and Melvin Allen, Mrs. Evelyn Lavaysse, Mrs. Loretta Estrada, Mrs. Alberta Hughes, James, Benjamin, William and Richard Paulsen.

Requiem Mass was at All Hallow Church and interment was at Holy Cross.
