AMERIGO FAMBRINI

A Mass of Christian Burial for Amerigo "Rico" Fambrini of San Mateo, who died in his home on Sunday, will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in San Mateo. He was 88.

A native of Lucca, Italy, he had lived in San Mateo, since 1940. He was a retired machinist and a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, Agnes, and a son, Richard of San Mateo.

Friends may call at O'Connell's Chapel in San Mateo until 9 p.m. this evening. The rosary will be recited at the church service. Burial will be in Skylawn Memorial Park near Half Moon Bay.

Contributions to the Serra High School track team are preferred.
