Dennis P. Flynn

La HONDA - Dennis Patrick Flynn, 54, an employee of the San Mateo County Road Department for the past 15 years, died this morning at Sequoia Hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Flynn had lived in La Honda for the past 9 1/2 years. He was a native of Ireland.

Mr. Flynn leaves his widow, Jacqueline C. Flynn; two sons, George Michael Flynn, La Honda, and Dennis L. Flynn of Palo Alto; two daughters, Mrs. Maureen Ann Flynn of Palo Alto and Mrs. Frank Clemens of Half Moon Bay; Mrs. Frank Alberts of San Jose, and Mrs. Len Williams of Angeles Camp (Calaveras County); and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Layng and Tinney Funeral Home, 717 Jefferson Ave., followed by requiem mass at 9:30 at St. Pius Catholic Church. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Menlo Park. Recitation of the rosary is scheduled for Monday at 8 p.m.
