MAY S. MOORE

Mrs. May S. Moore, a life-long resident of Pescadero, died yesterday at Brookside Convalescent Hospital in Mateo after a long illness. Her age reportedly was 91.

Her home was on San Gregorio Street in Pescadero. She was the widow of the late Edmund Moore, who died January 27, 1966. She was the daughter of William and Julia Knapp, a pioneer Pescadero family. Knapp himself came to this country from Germany.

Mrs. Moore was a member of the Third Order of Carmelites.

Survivors include two nieces, Mrs. Myrtle Babb of Sacramento, and Mrs. James Charles of San Francisco. Mrs. Moore had no children.

Funeral services are pending at Dutra Chapel, Half Moon Bay.
