Devil’s Slide Accident Kills Youth

A 17 year-old Daly City boy was killed this week-end when his car plunged 600 feet down Devil’s Slide. Discovery of his body climaxed a weekend search by a group of his friends.

Dead is Bruce Clyde Taylor of 198 Crestwood Drive. He had been missing from his home since Friday night after leaving the Hillcrest Drivers’ Training School in Belmont.

He had been instructed to attend drivers training classes because he had received a ticket. When he failed to return home, his mother reported him missing to Daly City Police and asked them to help find him.
