Funeral services were conduct Friday, July 29, at 11:30 a.m. from Sinai Memorial Chapel for Sally Stein, of 43 Windsor Dr., Daly City, who died July 27 in SF. The wife of Samuel Stein, she was the mother of Robert Stein and the sister of Rose Greenfield; and Alfred Korman. Mrs. Stein, a resident of Daly City for the past several years, included among her association memberships the Friends of the DC Library and the parent-Teachers Assn. She served as publicity chairman for several local PTA units and in the same capacity for the 17th District of the CCPT. Her final PTA office was as President’s Book Chairman for the 17th District. Mrs. Stein’s demise followed a lengthy illness and hospitalization.
