JAMES A. BAKER
Dead at 87 is James Allen Baker, a long-time Daly City resident who moved to Montara almost five years ago. He died Feb. 22 after a long illness.
A retired welder, Mr. Baker was the husband of Gladys Baker and the father of Conrad Baker of Sunnyvale, Dwain Baker of Montara, Mrs. Maxine Telles of Pacifica and Mrs. Vivian Averitt of Salinas. Other relatives also survive him.
The deceased was a member of VFW Rainbow Post #2065 in SF and a World War I army veteran.
Funeral services were from Dutra-Randleman Funeral Home in Half Moon Bay under VFW auspices. Interment was at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
