MONTE HERNANDIZ

Monte Hernandiz, a native of Ohio, died Sept. 30 in Daly City.

Mr. Hernandiz was the husband of Katherine Hernandiz.

Funeral services were from Duggan’s Serra Mortuary with Requiem Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and Holy Cross Cemetery interment.
