HERBERT J. FASSLER

Services will be held today at 10:30 a.m. from the Mortuary of W.C. Lasswell, 6154 Mission St., D.C., for Herbert J. Fassler, 52, who died in SF, Sunday.

A native of SF, he was a member of Old St. Mary’s Council, 3990 Knights of Columbus, and the Newspaper and Periodical drivers union, local 921.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise; a son, Herbert T. Fassler; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Barsotti, Mrs. Joyce Alioto, and Joan Fassler; three brothers, William J., John J., Daly City; and Raymond J. Fassler; and a sister, Mrs. Paula Dolder. Two grandchildren also survive.

A requiem mass will be offered from Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 39th Ave. and Lawton, SF., at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
